Works very well and makes HN actually readable on mobile.

I keep accidentally opening the pop-up menu or scrolling horizontally and getting stuck. Can you look into this for the next update?
I use this everyday to get caught up. Its a stellar client program. My only annoyance is in the way that the "swipe to go back" gesture is implemented. You have to really, really put a lot of effort into the gesture, or otherwise the view youre trying to swipe away from will just spring back into the foreground.
Allows selecting text in comments (to get a definition, for example). Visible actionable URLs of the original page and its HN post. Well-done convenient way to collapse a comment with its children. Very usable. All the kudos. Used to allow to easily open in Safari original pages and HN posts, including comments (to reply or keep tabs on, for example), but this is broken for a while now. No upvoting or downvoting functionality. Swiping left to navigate back and swiping up to scroll glitch frequently.
Swipe to go back leaves the pane stuck in the middle of the screen. The readability parser fails most of the time. Impossible to get a link out of it to share to a friend (sends you to the online version of the app instead). Touch targets are far too small.
Swipe back to the article list takes a lot of effort to get right.
This app is fairly good. As others have said, scrolling back to the main list is completely broken. Also, comments sometimes stop loading until the app is closed and reopened.
Definitely the best hacker news app. Easy to read comments and view links, and its free
Aesthetically, this is gorgeous. It adheres to such a nice design language, and its exactly why I installed it in the first place. Unfortunately, the developer has decided to basically build this application using some sort of wrapper instead of natively. Its hugely obvious when you attempt to swipe backwards and the emulator simply stutters and fails a dozen times before you give up. A+ for design. F for technology choice.
I prefer viewing HN on a browser to this buggy thing. Lots of issues, some links to a webview of hacker news.
Its great that they enable commenting and login, but there are some significant flaws to usability: 1. Posting a comment - your comment wont show. 2. Swipe "back" wont actually navigate back regularly - the card youre swiping will usually just fall back into place, so you get in the habit of using the back button in the menu bar.
Get all my HN on the fly and works perfectly.
Nice way to satisfy your hn needs on your iPhone
I love keeping up with what everyone out there in tech are getting into without some site bloated with ads and from writers who arent actually getting their hands dirty. The app update has been nice, added some decent features but engaging in comments is still a little rusty compared to some social based sites and apps out there.
Best free iOS client available.
App works well, its easy to use. Navigating between story and comments should be a bit more clear. The main thing I wish the app supported is the ability to swipe anywhere to navigate instead of having to scroll to top to tap the back button.
Just perfect for reading HN. Night mode is particularly slick-looking.
Best HN client and its free!
Gets the job done.
Use it everyday
